Health Outreach
A special program was created to reach out to villages so as to improve their health awareness.
Doctors visit the villages once a week to conduct a check up and to provide them with medicines.

Substance abusers and their families are counselled.

Sessions are conducted to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. Women from less privileged backgrounds are given special training programmes.

Special Initiative

Education
Forbes Marshall supports Gammatwadis. These are fun preschools that prepare children for formal school. This initiative was launched in 1999.
They work with Akanksha which is an NGO that helps children in getting a strong education foundation, valuable self esteem and moral values thereby improving their standard of living. Livelihood Advanced Business School is a program created by Dr. Reddys Foundation in collaboration with FM. This provides the children with opportunities in the hospital and service sector.
