    Given one example for each: Same behavior may have different causes and the vice versa

    The same behavior may have different causes:

    A very energetic person (O) became so lazy and behaving like dont care (B). His behavior may have different causes. May be he is depressed for some personal reasons (S), he is tired just in this moment or in a particular situation (S), he is demotivated (S), he has physical illness (S) and so on.

    The same cause may have many behaviors:

    the

    organization that recently they will conduct a recruitment process for sales department (S) it is another question that is this true or not, we are not going on that way. People working in sales department (O) may behave in many ways. They may become more sincere to their jobs (B), they may less motivated towards the jobs (B), they may badmouth about the organization (B), they may try to left the organization as they feel they are going to be cut down (B), and so on.
