HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT; PURPOSE AND PRACTICES.

MARKS AND SPENCERS AIM: Find out the main purpose to human resource management, what kind of process they follow while recruiting people. Are they flexible to recruiting skilled people or not.

1) What is the main purpose to human resource management? 2) Are they really able to recruiting skilled worker? 3) Are they able to give effective training?

Introduction: It is the human resource management research on Marks and Spencers, basically everywhere in the big organization they recruiting the people while they need or desired. I am choosing Marks and Spencers Human Resource Management for my assignment. Basically everywhere in the world main purpose to recruiting people is find new skill worker, who makes the organization effective, not only that cause there are many causes, flexibility, workforce, skill worker, good management etc. My desire to research on HMR in Marks and Spencer is to find out how they recruit effective workforce in what process.

The main purpose to HMR in Marks and Spencer is to effective management, this world of competition, there is race to get in the destination, there is many organization, companies who wants to get their destination soon and effective. For that they need very good skilled worker who can face the challenge with his/her ability, who

can push the organization, for that Human Resource Management is the only way, that why they need new skilled worker to raise their companies in higher level. You cannot find skilled worker very easily for that company needs to follow the process of recruitment.
