Group Assignments MOD III - MMSP There are two MMSP group deliverable assignments in Mod 3.

. The dates are 2/11 (MMSP #7 Acme Packaging) and the BCAP sustainability deliverable. Every study group is required to submit a set of slides related to the case, on paper, at the beginning of class on those dates. In addition, at least one and maybe several groups will be called upon to present their analyses in class. The slide set is limited to 5 content slides. A sixth slide with the teams identification and member names is highly recommended! Your analysis should address the core management question raised by the case, identifying the main problem the companys management faces and providing a suggested remedy, including a rough plan for implementing that remedy. Your slides should not simply give answers to the case study questions . However, it is a good idea to cite any helpful evidence that analysis revealed to you if it supports your diagnosis or your prescribed remedy. You are to annotate your slides in the notes section to provide your major talking points for each slide. Your final slide, however, will be a bit different. The notes section of your final slide should be written as a memo that summarizes your key points, recommendation(s), and justification.
