Lesson Barriers My lesson focuses on the use of VoiceThread to create literary responses.

These responses have to be based on the text and must be logical. The students have to use VoiceThread to record their responses. After reviewing my lesson, I realized that there would be barriers that I would need to modify. Barrier 1. I have a few students who stutter when they talk for a prolonged amount of time. This would hinder their response. 2. I have some students who do not have internet accessibility at their homes. Modification 1. For the students who stutter, I would provide them an option to write their responses or lessen the time requirement. 2. For the students who lack internet accessibility, I would offer three days during lunch and after school to allow these students to use the internet to complete the VoiceThread. 3. For these students are restricted in using the internet, I would give them an option to speak their responses in a recorder or write their responses by hand. 4. For this student who is colorblind, I will allow him to use his laptop to record his responses.

3. I have some two students whose parents have restricted their internet use, even for school projects.

4. I have one student who is colorblind and who has trouble with the computer screens glare.

5. When I present the lesson to the class, I have 5. For these students who have a hard some students who have a hard time hearing. time hearing, I will sit them closer to the computer speakers.
