Temperance
Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation.

- Dont eat to dullness (not able to do anything), but dont drink too much to do a lot...

Silence
Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself; avoid trifling conversation.

-Dont speak if its not for the benefit of you or others.

Order
Let all your things have their places; let each part of your business have its time.

- Give everything its place and time.

Resolution
Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve.

-Practice enough so you can do good when you perform, when you perform there should be no fail.

Frugality
Make no expense but to do good to others, i.e., waste nothing.

- Self explanatory.

Industry
Lose no time; be always employed in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions. -Always do something useful, dont waste time.

Sincerity
Use no hurtful deceit; think innocently and justly,and, if you speak, speak accordingly. - Always speak kind, necessary, and truthful.

Justice
Wrong none by going injuries or omitting the benefits that are your duty. - Just do the right thing.

Moderation
Avoid extremes; forbear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve. - Do not be extreme about situations, handle them with calmness.

Cleanliness
Tolerate no uncleanliness in body,clothes,or habitation. - Do not tolerate and dirtiness.

Tranquility
Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable. - Dont let little problems or situations disturb you.

Chastity
Rarely use venery but for health or offspring, never to dullness, weakness, or the injury of your own or anothers peace or reputation. - ONLY have sex when it is for your health or offspring
(reproduce). Never have sex because of weakness and only have sex if it wont hurt you or anyone else.

Humility
Imitate Jesus and Socrates. - Be good, imitate your God.
