I am a second year student at the New England Culinary Institute seeking a minimum of 700 hours in a paid internship. My peers and contemporaries describe me as a mulit-talented, adaptable and dedicated individual whose curiosity is an impetus for many projects. I look forward to being able to work in a setting in which I will be able to work with others as a cohesive team.

EXPERIENCE
Second Bar and Kitchen, Austin, TX Completed my second 700-hour NECI internship in which my responsibilities included opening, prep, and special events. Bluebird Tavern, Burlington, VT Completed my first 700-hour NECI internship in which my responsibilities included garde manger station, grill station, baking, catering and closing. Taj Mahal, Boise, ID Worked as a server in a family owned and operated Indian Restaurant. My responsibilities included taking orders, bussing tables, and organizing special events. Dance Necessities, Boise, ID Trained as a professional ballroom dancer in American Smooth and participated in competitive events along the West Coast. Juniper Mountain Outfitters, Cascade, ID Worked as a counselor-in-training at a summer horse camp. CERTIFICATION
I have earned my Serve Safe Certification from New England Culinary Institute and am able to apply the knowledge Ive gained from this certification process in the kitchen. I am also a PADI-certified Advanced Open Water Diver and am currently working towards my Dive Masters.
