Secretary 1) Keep the minutes of the Gridiron Club meetings and provide to website coordinator 2) Check mailbox in the school office on a regular basis 3) Update Gridiron Position Responsibilities as required Treasurer 1) At the beginning of each session provide a proposed budget to review during the Gridiron Meeting in June 2) Collect and deposit all money related to the Gridiron Club 3) Pay all bills related to the Gridiron Club in a timely manner 4) Provide updates at each Gridiron Club meeting 5) Verify all transactions that occur and ensure budgets are adhered to

Banquet (JV & Varsity) Coordinator 1) 2) 3) 4) Communicate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain budget requirements Obtain details from Vice-President and/or previous coordinator Obtain date of event from Vice-President Develop flyer to advertise event and provide payment details a. Parents pay a fee to offset costs (players are free) 5) Reserve cafeteria and coordinate table set up with the school for event 6) Order food and coordinate delivery 7) Utilize vendors that support the Gridiron Club if possible 8) Coordinate decorations a. Obtain supplies and/or ideas from previous coordinator b. Coordinate volunteers to assist with making decorations 9) Coordinate volunteers to assist with event (i.e. set up, clean up, etc.) 10) Coordinate with Gold Card Treasurer to deposit all money collected 11) Coordinate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain payment for all bills Camp Cookout Coordinator 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) Communicate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain budget requirements Obtain details from President and/or previous coordinator Obtain date of event from President Develop flyer to advertise events and provide details a. Golf Outing Donation Coordinator 1) Obtain details from President and/or previous coordinator 2) Coordinate volunteers as required 3) Solicit donations for Golf Outing Event (see list from previous year for details) a. Provide senior poster to all vendors while soliciting donations (get poster from coordinator) 4) Coordinate raffle at Golf Outing 5) Coordinate with Gold Card Treasurer to deposit all money collected Grade Level Parent Liaison (1-2 per team level) 1) Communicate with players and parents as applicable 2) Collect money or information from players and parents as applicable (i.e. calendar raffle sales, parent appreciation information, etc.) 3) Obtain volunteers from parents as applicable Home Game Banner Coordinator 1) 2) 3) 4) Communicate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain budget requirements Obtain details from President and/or previous coordinator Obtain date of all home games from President Coordinate with Poms Parent to create banners during the summer a. Pasta Night Coordinator Freshmen 1) 2) 3) 4) Communicate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain budget requirements Obtain details from Vide-President and/or previous coordinator Obtain date of events from Vice-President and/or Freshmen Coach (typically at the end of the season) Develop flyer to advertise events and payment details a. Parents and players are invited and event is used as an end of season banquet b. Parents pay a fee to offset costs (players are free) 5) Reserve cafeteria and coordinate table set up with the school for each event 6) Order food and coordinate delivery a. Utilize vendors that support the Gridiron Club 7) Coordinate volunteers to assist with each event 8) Collect money from each Freshmen Player 9) Coordinate with Gold Card Treasurer to deposit all money collected 10) Coordinate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain payment for all bills Senior Night Coordinator 1) Communicate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain budget requirements 2) Obtain details from President and/or previous coordinator 3) Obtain information from all seniors and coaches for booklet (see previous year booklets for reference) (black & white copies) 4) Print booklets for senior night home game obtain date from President 5) Provide list of players and details to announcer 6) Print booklets for seniors and distribute during JV & Varsity banquet (colored copies) Senior Poster Coordinator 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Communicate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain budget requirements Obtain details from President and/or previous coordinator Coordinate senior photo Coordinate senior poster and/or post cards Distribute poster to all seniors Distribute poster to local vendors (work with Golf Outing Donation Coordinator to solicit donations during distribution) 7) Coordinate with Gold Card Treasurer to obtain payment for all bills

Senior Scholarship Coordinator 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Obtain details from President and/or previous coordinator Communicate with all seniors with the details/requirements of the scholarship Collect all scholarship applications Obtain volunteers to review and select two scholarship winners Provide names of recipients to Treasurer a. Treasure will provide $500 check in the fall after receiving proof of school is provided
