A-SMGCS (Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System) is a system which provides the guidance to prevent accidental entrance of aircrafts on the ground to the runway and to keep safe distance between them at the airports with heavy air traffic or in poor visibility conditions.this system intends to intensify collision prevention among aircrafts and vehicles on the ground and to improve the safety of surface movement and the efficiency of the air traffic at the airports which deals with increase of the air traffic in the future.
