    The Nevada Department of Corrections announced that inmate Henry Foggy died on January 30, 2014 at the Regional Medical Facility of the Northern Nevada Correctional Center from a medical condition. Foggy was 79 years old and was serving a life sentence with the possibility of parole for murder in the first degree with a deadly weapon enhancement and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. He had been incarcerated since April 1996. The coroner's office responded and an autopsy will be conducted.

    The Nevada Department of Corrections reports that on Thursday, January 30, 2014, Inmate Henry Foggy, NDOC #49653, died at the Regional Medical Facility at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center of a medical condition. Inmate Foggy was a 79 year old male serving time from Clark County for Murder in the First Degree with a Use of Deadly Weapon Enhancement; and Ex-Felon/Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. Inmate Foggy was sentenced to Life with the possibility of parole. The Carson City Coroners office responded to the facility. An autopsy will be conducted. Inmate Foggy has been incarcerated with the NDOC since April 1996. Next of kin have been notified.
