Hubungan Prestasi Kerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di RSU
Tugurejo Semarang

Latar Belakang : Informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang melandasi kepuasan kerja
perawat sangat dibutuhkan rumah sakit untuk menghindari kesalahan membuat keputusan
SDM yang tidak efektif.
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara prestasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di
RSU Tugurejo Semarang.
Metode : J enis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross
sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling terhadap 70
orang perawat. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner
dan dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Product Moment. Hasil : Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan sebagian besar (81,4%) prestasi kerja perawat di RSU Tugurejo Semarang
tergolong tinggi dan (48,6%) tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat dalam kategori puas.
Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara prestasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di
RSU Tugurejo Semarang .

Background: The information about factors that underlying nurses job satisfaction is
badly needed by a hospital to avoid an error in making an effective human resource
decision.
Objective: To know the correlation between achievement with nurses job satisfaction in
Tugurejo Hospital Semarang.
Method: This research type is descriptive analytic with cross sectional device. The
sample taking was conducted with simple random sampling on 70 nurses. Data was
collected by structured-interview with questionnaire and analyzed with product moment
correlation test.
Result: Majority (81,4%) nurses achievement in Tugurejo Hospital Semarang in the
high category and (48,6%) level nurses job satisfaction in the satisfies category.
Conclusion: There is correlation between achievement with nurses job satisfaction in
Tugurejo Hospital Semarang.
