    BI-DIRECTIONAL, SINGLE COIL SPRING SEAL


    The HA211 is a robust, single coil spring, O-Ring mounted
    seal for use in process pumps in a wide range of
    applications. Particularly suited to use in pulp and paper
    applications, slurry duties and high viscosity media.

    Face Material: SiC x SiC


    Metal Components: SUS 316
    O-RING: EPDM or FKM
    Performance Capabilities
    Pressure: Vacuum to 1.2 MPa (12kgf/cm2G)
    Temperature: -20C to 160C (-4F to 320F)
    Shaft Speed: to 20 m/s
    Viscosity: to 300Pas (300P)
    Slurry Content: to 7 wt%

    Specific Features of the HA211Seal.


    Single, open coil spring, not subject to clogging.
    Bi-directional, the seal is driven through a bayonet drive
    between seal head and drive collar, providing excellent
    torque transmission.
    Seal faces in Silicon Carbide as standard, assure
    maximum resistance to abrasive, crystalline or high
    viscosity media.
    Can be installed in pumps designed to ISO 3096 and DIN
    24960 Norm.
    Vented O-ring design prevents solids build-up and allows
    free flexing of the seal head.
