    - The Recommend for “Sign-Off Review” checkbox should be displayed as unchecked unless there is one
    DOB_RECOMMENDATION record for “Sign-Off Review” for the current work order.
    - Actual Point of Contact only required for Req Category of MILE and WITH. So if not found on these types then
    provide error message to user and return to where they were (i.e. Back menu action). List of names is derived
    from Request Contacts where Role Type = ‘ACTUAL POC’. Default on screen load should be blank.
    - To clear a signature tap on the eraser icon (image) next to the respective signature box.
