Singe Magazine Contract form

This legal documentation bond is for the models safety and understanding, and is necessary to avoid misunderstanding, which can lead to error in any legal accusations made. To take part in the Photoshoot, the model must first consent by reading and signing the contract on the dotted lines. The model must adhere to the following terms and conditions: Publication of the images, taken of the model, are to be taken and used solely for the purpose of the magazines publication or if needs be advertisement regarding the magazine. False statements and incriminating advertisement of the magazine, by the model, without permission from the magazine producer is prohibited. The model has an alliance to the magazine and can therefore not be allowed, sign any other obligating contracts to other music magazines.* *(Exceptions can be made by the producer, for example; if the music magazines genre is significantly different)* At any time the magazine may call upon the model for work regarding the magazine no matter of the distance in work assigned to the model. The magazine reserves the right to discontinue the models employment contract to the magazine, if any of the afore-mentioned terms are violated.
