Challenge your family with this one! Think of a word and write it on a piece of paper. Then go to your refrigerator and spell the word correctly with magnetic refrigerator letters. Now, mix up the letters in the word and ask a family member to unscramble the letters. Watch the time (a clock or a watch with a second hand) and see how long it takes. Repeat this for a whole bunch of words.
