It is always full of heaps of dirt and litter scattered everywhere. The sweeper hardly bothers to sweep the area regularly. He is very irregular and careless in his duties. Even if he comes, he does not do his duties properly. These provide breeding ground for the spread of mosquitoes and other germs. It may lead to the outbreak of some diseases.
