Engine Testing (Product Development)
1) Two wheeler engine and four wheeler engine, protocol measurement, assemble
And torque procedure.
2) Performance consists full throttle, part throttle performance.
3) Engine durability cycles, Rated power test, hot and cold cycle test, full load engine
performance, and fuel economy test.
4) Endurance test in engine valves and engine components

measurements.

Hands on experience in Engine emission and particulate measurement systems,

Conversion with testing standards and requirements and procedures for conducting
performance, emission test.

Knowledge on all testing durability cycles, EDCAS (Engine Data Acquisition system)
system in test program creation, Test cycle running, Result generation, and Data
management for ISO/TS audit requirements.
