CDS GENERATION 1000 ML INSTRUCTIONS

Overnight CDS 1000 ml Method This method employs our Overnight CDS Generating Kit. Based on tests, this kit should generate one thousand milliliters of 3,000 ppm chlorine dioxide solution using either 50% citric acid activator or 10% HCl activator in 12 hours. Put 1,000 ml of distilled or reverse osmosis water into the 2 quart glass/plastic jar. Place the Mini Trifle Bowl into the 2 quart glass/plastic jar using your fingers pressing outside from the inside of the glass (this takes both hands). Add 75 ml of WPS1 to the Mini Trifle Bowl, then add either: (a) 75 ml of citric acid 50% or, (b) 75 ml of HCl 10% acid. Put the lid on tightly so no gas escapes. Leave at room temperature away from sunlight for approximately 12 hours till the liquid in the Mini Trifle Bowl and the larger container are the same color. Gently remove the Mini Trifle Bowl from the 2 quart glass/plastic jar (again, using your fingers inside the glass pressing outwards). Avoid spilling the residue from the Mini Trifle Bowl into the CDS you now have. Dispose of the residue in the Mini Trifle Bowl. The 1,000 ml of distilled water is now CDS and should measure 3,000-4,500 ppm. CDS can be stabilized by adding 20 ml of unactivated WPS1 for every 1000 ml of CDS solution. 8 drops of CDS at 3000 PPM is the equivalent of 1 activated drop of WPS1. Therefore 8 drops of CDS at 3000 PPM will purify 1 gallon of water. This ratio remains true no matter what the CDS concentration. For example, 8 drops of CDS at a concentration of 12000 PPM would be equivalent to 4 drops of activated WPS1 and would purify up to 4 gallons of water. At this concentration, it would only take 1 drop of CDS to purify 1 gallon of water.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT IS RECOMENDED TO WEAR EYE PROTECTION AND A GAS MASK.
