Sanderson: (Ginny) Homecoming Theme & Story line (installment on the tv announcments) Pep rally with final plot line (Jessie 07) finished Sell Homecoming tshirts Spartan Friday (Marching Band before school and free food) morning of home games Two Student Council Cookouts/year (freshman dance) Summer Lock-in for Student Council Freshman Orientation (register) and student council gives tours Central Districts for Student Council (NCASC) District Meeting Winterfest coming up Homecoming catering Panther Creek: (Stephen) Homecoming (700 people) Sadie Hawkins Clubs getting reviewed by stuco before administration Two separate games tournament for winners Prom Preview (amp up prom) cater food with samples (a capella) Youth Pastor brings food to tailgate Millbrook: (Gabby) Midnight Madness (kickoff to food drive) bring cans and buy stuff with cans 5th Quarter Post Game with 5th quarter Food Drive Student Council Shadowing day Food Drive: (Ginny) Local Food Bank for Central and Eastern Carolina between all WC schools Leesville, Broughton, Millbrook, Sanderson currently participate Record the number each day, add up cans, and post it in front of the school 80% of the food banks supplies are from schools Due December 2nd or 6th Maybe do a yearlong tab this year (increase participation longterm) WAYS TO RAISE MONEY/CANS Providing a service instead of just asking for money Dance (sell glow sticks) right after the game Powder Puff fundraiser Fun run registration forms First Period Competition 45,000 pounds for 1 class 18 students Gold Painted food thing (names of past winners) Penny Wars Variety Show (talent show) Dollars for Dessert (4th period raised $50+ get a dessert) Submitted By: Shannon Thompson and Emma Malka
