    The patient had decreasing hemoglobin and hematocrit levels between January 28 and February 11. A urinalysis from February 9 showed yellow, slightly turbid urine with a pH of 6.5, specific gravity of 1.015, trace ketones and leukocytes present. A 2D echo from January 29 showed an enlarged heart with pulmonary congestion and interstitial edema. A chest X-ray on February 7 showed progressive pulmonary edema and cardiomegaly with right ventricular enlargement.
