EVALUATION: Timbang ay bantayan upang kalusugan ay maingatan. Date: September 9, 2013 Time: 10:00- 11:00 am I. SUMMARY The student went to the community 1 hour before the scheduled time of health teaching about obesity prevention which was at 10:00 am to have a dry run of the program. We invited all the people in the community by announcing that we are about to conduct a health teaching. The entire participant had signed the registration form upon entering the venue. The objectives of the health teaching assembly s to enhance the knowledge of the participants regarding obesity. The program started with a prayer and followed by the opening remarks by Pauline Christine Arriola. The selected student nurses performed the role play about obesity. The health teaching was facilitated by Lenard Reyes and Genelie Bala. An open forum was opened to entertain the questions of the people regarding obesity. We addressed the concerns of the community. The program ended with a prayer. The community assembly ended at 11:30 am.

II. DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED There were only few people in the community who participated in the said activity. Conflict on the schedule of the participants because they were at work or they have to fetch their kids in the school by the time of health teaching.

III. SUGGESTIONS Do door to door invitations for important events like health teaching to assure people participation. Discuss interesting and relevant topic to promote community participation. Prepare an intermission number to help the people enjoy the program while learning.
