Conscience is merely the product of our past experiences, our observations with other people and our own personal criticisms to their actions and the moral standards that our society has set. For example, you planned on stealing from a department store but when you got there and was about to act out your plan you saw a man being arrested for shoplifting and was being condemned by the people.
