An art exhibition titled "Haiti" by photographer Jane Evelyn Atwood will be on display from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Exhibit Space of Lane Hall. The exhibition features photographs taken by Atwood in Haiti between 2005 and 2007 in various locations across the country. The exhibition is sponsored by the Institute for Research on Women and Gender with additional support from Arts at Michigan, the International Institute, the Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs, and the Rackham Graduate School.

I asked to go to Haiti for an assignment in 2005 - but that first
trip was not enough. I needed to photograph Haiti in depth, for myself.
