Persepolis Marjane Satrapi is writter and director of the film Persopolis which is animated version of her novel of the

same name.. This is autobiographic film about growing of young girl in Iran in the time when Iran was affected by revolution and war with Irac. The main character and center of attension of the whole film is the curios young girl who want to deal with actual political and social problems in Iran. She has unusual behaviour , listens different type of music, she wants to dress different clothes, in contrast to her surrounding. As well as their family, she wants to change state in their country but they dont have too much successes. In the order to escape political revenge she leaves twice time Iran and goes to Europe where she meets a different world for her but she never forgets her country. The film analises position of man in society and gives you a deep picture of young persons thinking. Also, film observes a human figure in different situations as a war and a revolution. Although, this is animated film, it is very moving film with a strong effect to viewer. A convincing story makes you to relate with Marjane in some situations and the ending lets you to think about the further happenings of main actress. After watching a Marjanes humanistic film you will realize that this low-cost animated film can keeps your attention and youll remember it for long time.
