Some occupation is necessary to enable man to satisfy his wants. Everywhere in this world there is a constant struggle for an occupation. Only deserving people win the struggle and get occupations. Those who are defeated suffer starvation and misery. But when you're in a foreign country and do not know its language, besides the fact that you do not have civil rights equal to those of its citizens, you have to fight to overcome that psychological barrier. With a different culture and religion, makes a little impossible to be an active person and to integrate into society. The biggest problem among immigrants is the lack of normative acts that would give them some civil and social rights. In European Union many persons are unemployed. Their number is very large. Unemployment problem is a global problem. As i said there are many causes of unemployment, but the chief among them is the rapid growth of population, and the massive immigrations of the population from different poor countries to EU with a single goal to get a better life. Lack of skill and ability is another cause of unemployment. An unskilled labour cannot be successful in any work. If a chance of employment is created, only the skilled labour avails it. Unemployment is a social problem. Many other social problems are born from it. The unemployed among immigrants are growing more and more rebellious. Because they do not have a job they begin to deal with various illegal activities that lead to their social inadaptability. Robbery, blackmailing, treachery and dishonesty grow fast. There is no respect for laws and the rights of other persons, so in this way if the authorities will not do a damn thing the rate of unemployment among immigrants will grow to great levels.
