OUR STORY

Red Barn Farms provides us with

many of our products. This relationship
allows us to focus our efforts on preparing
and offering our guests many of the area's
best bounty. It is our greatest pleasure to
share these items with you.
Many items come from the Black Dirt
Region of Orange County, New York. This
area is known for its natural growing
practices and is unsurpassed in its product
quality. We are grateful to work with our
Good Agricultural Practice (GAP)
certified growers.
The Ancient grains and Organic Spelt
(Ferro) Risotto we serve come from
Late Bloomer Farms. We have also
partnered with Indian Harvest to bring you
other multi-grain and whole ancient grains.
We source our fresh hormone free eggs and
other products from Feather Ridge Farms.
