Work to Win

Season Continued Practice Dates and Times: These are dates and times that I (Coach Bakke) highly recommend you attend to prepare for the upcoming spring MVBL league and to prepare you for high school athletics. You will be engaged in the same working environment and expectations of the high school athletes. If you have a reversible jersey please wear it, otherwise wearing a light colored t-shirt will also be fine. Basketball/Gym only shoes are required outdoor shoes will be allowed on the court. January: - January 7th 3:30 5:45 includes weight room - January 9th 3:30 5:30 January 14th 3:30 5:45 includes weight room January 17th 3:30 5:45 includes weight room January 23rd 3:30 5:45 includes weight room January 27th 3:30 5:45 includes weight room January 31th 3:30 5:45 includes weight room

*Wednesdays 4:45-6:00 pm These would be great additional practices to make, but I understand rides are more difficult. All practices are welcome to attend, but the above dates and times would the ones in which I feel you will get the most out of practice and improvement on your game.
