The Central Cebu River Basins Management Council (CCRBMC) is a multistakeholder body that desires to manage the Central Cebu river basins and water resources in an integrated manner to be guided by well-crafted plans that reflect the needs and desires of the concerned stakeholders. The Integrated River Basin Management and Development Master Plan for the Central Cebu River Basins (IRBMDMP-CCRB) was already adopted by CCRBMC and was already presented to the Regional Economic Committee and the Regional Land Use Committee of NEDA, and to the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council. These plans need to be translated into a tangible activities that are collectively identified by the Technical Working Committees of the Council of Peers through the conduct of the action planning workshop. The action plan workshop would rely on already existing plans particularly the IRBMDMP, the RETA 6470 RoadMap and the river basin plans prepared by the various river basins organization. OBJECTIVES: 1. To update the members of the Technical Working Committee of the Council of peers on the activities of CCRBMC and the various river basin/watershed organizations

2. To prepare a strategic plan for CCRBMC for adoption by the CCRBMC Council of Peers 3. To identify projects and their corresponding fund sources and financing schemes.
