EVALUATION

We have established good rapport in gaining clients cooperation, after a thorough one on one interview with the client we gathered all the important information about the client that serves as baseline data in the completion of our study. The family history also of the client was also traced in order to somehow detect the origin or possibilities of the genetically-linked occurrence of the disease. Also a thorough head to toe assessment was also conducted by the group in order to check some abnormalities. The anatomy and physiology of a certain system was also studied in order to check for the defect of a certain organ being involved. The pathophysiology of both problems was trace and comprehended very well. Nursing Care Plans were made the group, provided necessary nursing management and nursing interventions based on the clinical manifestation presented. The group also noted the prognosis of the patient. We also provided recommendations regarding with patients case, and evaluated the object ives of the study.
