Bibsy Soenharjo Bibsy Soenharjo was born in Jakarta on 22 November 1928.

His fathers name is Haji Agus Salim while his mothers name is Zainatun Nahar nee Almatsier. Bibsy and her siblings were homeschooled. Bibsy lived in Japan for four years. He likes writing poems and stories. One of his poems is called Jakarta, March 1967 and another one is called Setelah Gerhana Bulan. Her works were published in many magazines, including The Literary Review in the US, Hemisphere in Australia, and Gelanggang in Indonesia. She likes reading poems from many famous poets such as Edgar Allan Poe, Matthew Arnold, W.B. Yeats and Vachel Lindsay. Her Indonesian works have been translated into many languages including English, Dutch and Japanese. Some of her works appear under the pen name of Nusapati. Bibsy Soenharjo now lives in Jakarta with the youngest of her three sons, Haryo, his wife Sutji and their children.
