Dear Sir/Madam I Regan Barua Chowdhury Have completed my 3 years in bachelor Degree in hotel management from NIPS School

of hotel management,Kolkata India.I have completed my 6 month of Industrial Training from October 30th,2009 to March 20th,2010 in the four major departments Front Office,F&B Service,F&B Production and housekeeping from The Oberoi Grand Kolkata India. Iam good in Indian Cuisines related with the taste and preference of Indian culture. I can also prepare various sorts of Soups, Sauces, Salads.
