OBJECTIVES: At the end of the shift the student nurses will be able to: Utilized the nursing process in the care of clients. Observed bioethical principles, moral, legal principles in the practice of the profession. Showed competence and leadership in performing nursing care to clients not only to clients but as well to the staff nurse, head nurse, and co-student nurses. Ensured a well-organized and accurate documentation and reporting system.

PLAN OF ACTIVITIES 6:00am - 7:00am 7:00am - 8:00am 8:00am - 9:00am 9:00am - 10:00am 10:00am - 10:30am 10:30am - 11:00am Pre-conference (Prayer, patients endorsement, assigning of patient) Initial IVF level, morning care, prepare medications, obtain VS Continuous assessment of the patient, FDAR making Checking of FDAR then, charting BREAK (First Batch) BREAK (Second Batch)

11:00am - 12:00pm Prepare medications, obtain VS 12:00pm - 1:00pm 1:00pm - 2:00pm Final monitoring of IVF, I and O and closing of patients chart Post-conference (Discussion, Closing prayer)
