Me: yes sir this is sharda group of institutions,Agra tell me Aspirant: mam I want to take admission in B tech Me: ok, May I know your good name please and where are u calling from? Aspirant: My name is xyz and I m calling from. Me: Sir We have three colleges for BTech course the name of the colleges are HITM,AEC,HCST and all three are based on Agra-Delhi highway ie. NH-2 and we have BTech in 11 branch (then I ask about the percentage in 10,12 and PCM/PCB and ANY competitive exam. For below

    60% test will be conducted and above 60% no test will be held. May be there will be a small interaction between you and our counselors just to check your knowledge and communication skills. It will be decided in the Admission Cell )
    Aspirant:Ok mam then can u tell me the admission procedure? Me: there are two procedure to take admission in our college 1st is through UPTU or AIEEE counseling and 2nd is u can take direct admission (then I tell him the admission procedure) Me: you have to fill an application form of Rs. 650/ then You have to appear in an Aptitude test and PI. (Below 60%) if you will clear the test then your admission procedure will satart Aspirant : what is the fee structure of BTech course (then I tell him about the fee structure) Aspirant: Are you providing any Scholarship? Me: yes we are providing scholarship for meritorious students (Then I tell him about the scholarship if he fulfill the criteria of scholarship) Me: Would you like to have any further information Aspirant:No Me:Ok sir if u want any other information,you can call us again on a same number Aspirant: ok sir.
