If the issue or the dispute or difference is not resolved within 15 days of the Dispute Notification date, the Parties may refer the dispute to a Sole Arbitrator, to be appointed by the High Court of Judicature of DELHI. The Arbitration Proceedings shall be governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 subject to any modifications and amendments thereto. The venue of Arbitration shall be the court of Delhi.
