Reflective Paragraph
Process:
The process for my synergy project went fairly smooth and had
very few difficulties. What we did was to first decide what we were
going to do and after that we had to all get our jobs. Then we had to
figure out what we needed to have done and how we were going to do
it. I think that Kayla did really well with taking charge and controlling
the process.

Action Plan:
Our action plan was mainly just getting all of our jobs
memorized. We had to know exactly what we were doing. We were
able to work everything together and do our plan really well. Our
action plan was that Kayla would introduce us, Graciella would have
the materials, I would keep the time, Joe and Zach would help with the
kids.

What I learned:
I learned to be more proactive and to keep focused on the task. I
also discovered how important the debriefing process was. Other
things that I learned was that I need to be able to work together with
all sorts of people so that we can become more efficient.
