The 11th annual Berkeley/London Philosophy Conference will be held May 20-21, 2014 in London. Graduate students are invited to submit papers by February 24th for consideration to be one of the eight presentations featuring four papers from Berkeley students and four from University of London students. Each presentation will be followed by commentary from a graduate student from the other program and discussion.

The eleventh annual Berkeley/London Philosophy Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 21, 2014. The conference location alternates each year between Berkeley and London. This year, it will be held in London in the Senate Room in Senate House. In addition to a Keynote Address by a faculty member from Berkeley (TBA), the program will include eight presentations of papers, four by Berkeley graduate students and four by University of London graduate students. Each 30- to 35-minute presentation will be followed by 10 minutes of commentaryprepared by a graduate student from the alternate programand additional discussion. We are now accepting submissions of graduate student papers on any philosophical topics. Submissions should be approximately 15 pages in length and double-spaced. Please ensure your paper is suitable for blind review. Submit by email attachment in .doc, .docx, or .pdf file format to Dave Lynaugh (dlynaugh@berkeley.edu) by Monday, February 24, 2014 at 5 p.m. In the body of your email, please include the area of focus of your paper (e.g. philosophy of perception) and a brief abstract.
