Box 12067 Austin, TX 78711-2067 RE: Perjury by Mari Robinson, J.D., Texas Medical Board Dear Ms Munn: During a hearing before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Regulatory on Oct 23, 2007, untruthful testimony under oath was given by the above captioned person. Her testimony singled me out directly and was intended to undercut my credibility as a witness at this hearing. Due to the graphic sexual nature of her false testimony, [also believe I was slandered. Tam a practicing physician in Frisco, Texas, Thave been accused of breaking the law by the Medical Board in two cases Which are both under appeal. | believe I am innocent in both cases, As such, I have never agreed, in any ‘way, form, or document, to guilt. Specifically, I have never signed any agreed order, ever, involving the Texas Medical Board. Ms. Mari Robinson was certainly aware ofthat, but purposely testified falsely, at this hearing, Attached is a copy of my testimony, with her perjury at the bottom of the page.
