Kearns High Kindle Use Agreement for Students

Conditions of Use
Kindles checked out from the Kearns High School Media Center are the property of Kearns High School. Any electronic books or other materials purchased with school or district funds and loaded on the Kindle remain the property of Kearns High School and/or Granite School District. The borrower (designated below) will be responsible for the fees or replacement cost of the Kindle device and any of its accessories if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. The borrower agrees to use the Kindle, in class, only when authorized by the teacher. The borrower understands that violations of this agreement could result in revocation of the ability to check out a Kindle in the future, not participating in Kearns High School activities, or other disciplinary action. The current checkout period for a Kindle is 2 weeks and late fees will be applied if it is not returned or renewed on time.
