    I, Robert Thomas Georg Wrmli, male, single, resident in the city of Cascavel, Paran, on the Southern part of Brazil,

    write this letter in order to inform anyone interested or concerned in the matter that I have, to this date, not yet received my Set of Steampunk Black & White Dice and my Steampunk Dice Bag, purchased under Order #100000931, Shipment #100000764. They were acquired through a legal transaction with the group of people at D&D dice, however, due to probable misplacement of the package, perhaps made by one of the Post Offices in the U.S.A. or in Brazil. In order to activate the insurance claim, I write so that the legal procedures can be done, so that neither the company nor me lose invested money, once neither side seems to be at fault.
