RULES and REGULATION FORM Camp Meals All meals are served in the cafeteria.

Full meals are served at appropriate meal times during the week. Optional drinks & snacks are typically available for purchase throughout the camp week at other campus locations and vending machines. Food is abundant with buffet style service and hot/cold entrees daily. All meals are carefully monitored and supervised by Sun Soccer Camp Staff. Camper Vehicles Some older campers will opt to drive their own cars to camp. In these cases, keys must be turned in to a Sun Soccer Camp Director on the first day of camp for the entire time spent at camp unless prior arrangements have been made with SSC. There will be no exceptions to this rule! Note: in case of all day raining, with no chance to play on the regular field, Sun Soccer campers will be transported to an indoor soccer using ONLY St. Thomas University busses. Discipline At Camp Players come to Sun Soccer Camp programs to learn soccer. All policies of the facility and Sun Soccer Camp will be strictly enforced. No camper may leave the camp or facility at any time without parental consent and the drinking of alcoholic beverages, smoking, drug use, foul language, possession of any type of firearm or weapon will result in automatic and immediate expulsion from camp with no exceptions or second chances! Parents will be notified of any violations and be asked to pick-up their son/daughter immediately. NO REFUNDS will be made! Key Deposits & Returns A room key deposit of $20 is required. Please be prepared. The deposit is returned on the last day of camp with return of key. A Key Return table will be stationed outside of each

dormitory. All unreturned room keys will incur a "Lost Key Fee" of $25 per key. Personal Property Sun Soccer Camps and Saint Thomas University are not liable for loss or theft of a students personal property. Please do not bring valuable items to camp! It is highly suggested that you leave all expensive electronics at home! Spending Money Money for drinks, vending machines and laundry is recommended. Students are encouraged to bring quarters for use in vending and laundry machines. Typically, change will NOT be available by SSC or facility staff. Sun Soccer Camp Training Uniform & Equipment Package All students will receive a Sun Soccer Camp t-shirt. All students will be required to wear the provided training uniforms during one out of the two daily training sessions. Extra uniform packages may be available for purchase at camp registration on the first day of camp. Please note that Sun Soccer Camp and St. Thomas University WILL NOT be responsible for replacing lost or misplaced training equipment during the week of camp! Cell Phone Policy Providing campers with cell phones while at camp is permissible, however, cell phone use will not be permitted during field sessions, class sessions or camp meetings. There will always be access to staff phones and a general use Sun Soccer Camp cell phone for emergency purposes. Cell phone use is limited to campers rooms and neutral areas of campus only. Sun Soccer Camp and St. Thomas University will NOT be responsible for misplaced cell phones. Roommate Requests All roommate requests must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp session. Everything possible will be done to accommodate campers requests. Homesickness Experience shows that homesickness can be the number one cause of camper unhappiness typically in campers aged 7-12. Please discuss with your children ways to alleviate homesickness during the week of camp, such as specific times of the day to speak on the phone. Our coaching staff, administrators and camp counselors have lots of experience and will do their best to help campers through these situations and will always

work with parents directly so that homesickness will not interfere with a positive camp experience. Parents are always welcome to visit their children at camp. Campus Visits by Parents/Coaches Parents and coaches are encouraged and welcome to visit the camp at any time. Best SSC Player Award

Depending on the age of the player, he/she will play with corresponding AC Fiorentina players of the same age
Player Performance Evaluation signed by professional and college coaches Every student will receive an exclusive Sun Soccer Camp Player Performance Evaluation via email immediately following camp. This innovative evaluation system allows players and parents to review the evaluation in the comfort of their own home or office and makes comments. Please note that this evaluation is based on a campers performance during his/her session of camp only! It also aids parents and coaches in the formation of a master plan for success in soccer. In addition, it gives players and their coaches the opportunity to put together an off-season training program based on identified strengths and weaknesses. Students involved with SSC programs will understand their progress and will always have the opportunity to train at a higher level within our program. Please note that each camper is provided the evaluation via the email address provided during the registration. Camp Facilities Our facilities include four well-groomed fields, swimming pool, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, classrooms, ample meeting space and secure surroundings that will make your stay comfortable, convenient and safe. Campers will be assigned 1-2 to a room in modern college dormitories.
