We have had a great week in fifth grade! We cant believe March is just a couple days away! In math, the students have started a new unit on multiplying fractions and multiplying fractions by whole numbers. In social studies, the students presented their advertising posters for the 13 original colonies. In science, the students took a quiz on plant parts and photosynthesis. In ELA, the students have been learning about how to use personification in writing. **Just a Reminder** The students will be going to the YMCA tomorrow for their third day of swimming. Please remember to 03-03: send your child to school with their swimsuit, towel, **We ARE in school and goggles. today!!!** Also, ISAT testing is right around the corner.
