Classroom News
I hope you all enjoyed the beautiful and WARM weather this past weekend!!! In Social Studies last week, we had a blast learning about the unique culture of Ancient Egypt. We even made papyrus paper just like the ancient Egyptians !. We will be concluding our unit on Ancient Egypt mid- week and will begin learning about Ancient China on Thursday! Our next unit test will be on March 7 and will consist of information from both units on Ancient Egypt and Ancient China.

Ancient Egypt and China Unit Test 1:00 Dismissal No School Chinese New Year Celebration

In Math this week, we will continue investigating the different types of measurement, specifically estimating and Spring Pictures measuring volume! Due to the number of snow days and delays that we have had in the recent month, the second grade Chinese New Year Celebration has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 9.
