RORY

He does not allow his poor health or age to ruin the escape plan. He tried his best to run with Rory. He is also willing to use any kind of force or illegal means to escape. He hit the thud at the railway station with a glass bottle. He also hotwired somebodys car in order to escape.

Determined not to accept Jeff, his son, for leaving Rory and his mother. He refuses to go to Liverpool once he realised that Rory is planning to visit him.

GRANDA
He is determined to stay together with Rory freely. He does not want to be separated. he is willing to do anything in order to be with Rory.

Granda wants him to run away when the police blocked the caravan park but Rory determined to stay with him as they are a team.

RORY
Determined to look after Granda when theres no one there to look after him He is willing to fight for his rights by escaping. Determined that his Big escape would be successful. Due to his determination, many people helped them.
