Interns will work with several organizations that promote sustainability, environmental awareness, and flora and fauna protection. Through this, interns will highly develop their Social Responsibility competencies. Since they have to work as a group, they will also develop their Global Mind-Set and Emotional Intelligence in order to effectively work and respect their partners. During 2 weeks, interns will work in "Huertas donde sea"(Vegetables Gardens Everywhere).You will learn the methodology of this sustainable initiative that allows communities to grow their own vegetables. Interns will also work in these gardens to fully understand how it works. With the acquired knowledge, interns will give lectures to encourage communities to implement this. During 1 week interns will work helping in the maintenance of the Wildlife National Refugee San Lucas Island. They are expected to highly increase their concern toward the importance of Refugees. Additional Information We are looking mainly for proactive people who will dare to be role model and share own experience and stories. Interns will be required to get out of their comfort zones, and to experience live-changing experiences throughout the process. Tolerance and respect are the main requirements, but mostly, the will to make a change about the importance of nature conservancy in others. The goal of the project is to quality and intruct the intern towards sustainability, environmental awareness, and flaura and fauna protection, so they can implement this in their home countries.
