    Crest Nicholson have been building new homes for over fifty years and are firmly established as a leading developer of quality with a passion for not just building homes, but creating vibrant sustainable communities. The Rowans Surgery at Stirling Close will shortly become surplus to requirements due to its re-location within the recently constructed Rowan Park development. The relocation of the surgery will allow for an expansion of services provided within a brand new purpose built building.

    The proposal is to redevelop the site to include 10 x 3- bedroom family houses and 3 x 2 bedroom apartments for private sale, with associated parking and landscaping. As part of the design process, Crest Nicholson are hosting a public exhibition to display their proposals for redevelopment of The Rowans Surgery. You are invited to view the proposals and discuss your views with representatives of the consultant team.
