SUBJECT: NOTICE OF AWARD

Dear Mr. Ledesma:

This refers to the public bidding for the Supply of Janitorial Services for Three Years for SRA
Bacolod and Cebu offices under IAEB 2009-02.

The SRA Sugar Board, through Board Resolution No. 2009-544, approved the award of contract
to RKJ GENEAL SERVICES AND SALES, INC. in the amount of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE PESOS AND 00/100 (Php673,725.00) for the first
year only, subject to the terms and conditions provided in the Bid Documents and other related
documents, which were furnished to you and/or discussed during the Bidding Period.

Please secure and submit within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice of Award
and in no case later than the signing of the contract, a Performance Bond to replace your
Bidder’s Bond, in accordance with any of the following schedule:

The said Bond shall at least be co-terminus with the final completion of the contract.

Building and Maintenance Unit with regards to the implementation of the services.
