    Danish is a 7-year-old boy from India who attends 1st standard. He is generally cooperative but can be moody and stubborn, especially when it comes to reading and writing. He performs well on verbal tests and can recall and retain information but has trouble sustaining conversations. His fine and gross motor skills are good. In school, he is punctual and follows instructions but sometimes gets distracted.     ObservationsDanish was very co-operative during the sessions . He was moody and stubborn at times when reading and writing comes otherwise he was very playful and responsive. Danish is good in verbal tests, recognitions and memory (recall and retentions). He can follow all instructions, he mix up quickly with others but cannot sustain conversation with others. His fine motor and gross motor skills are good.

    For school requirement


    For discipline He is very good in grooming and neatness. He is regular and punctual in every activity. He accept and follow instructions but sometimes distraction are there. He can take care of belongings . Writing In acadamics he can write all alphabates and numbers 1-100, need help in word formations . but he is very stubborn in writing. Reading He can read all alphabates, numbers, number names till 10 and three letters words but again reading words is depend upon his mood.

    Conclusion
    According to my observation he is good in verbal performance (orals), knowledge are upto Sr.Kg level , need improvement in writing skills. He is good in question and answering. He has good knowledge in his interested areas, his observation is very good. His attention span need to be improve .
