My friend, Josina Morita, is a long-time community organizer and she is running for Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD).! ! Thats why your vote is important on March 18. Im supporting Josina Morita for MWRDPunch 74. Josina is immensely qualied. As an urban planner she brings her expertise in land use, infrastructure development and equity planning. And her research and policy background, along with her community organizing experience and relationships, equip her to help MWRD better educate and partner with communities around water preservation. She has helped lead efforts for criminal justice reform, worker rights, voting rights and creating opportunities for young people. Josina was named one of the top 35 people under 35 ghting racism and poverty in Chicago. Josina will be a voice for communities on this board.!
