Comparing and Contrasting Snowmobile and Side By Sides!

Snowmobiles and Side By Sides are alike in many different ways. The First

similarity is, Snowmobiles (sleds) and Side By Sides have some of the same motor sizes. Motors have numbers to show how much power they have. These motor sizes that are available in both vehicles are 1000, 900, 800, 700 and youth sizes. These numbers correlate to the amount of horsepower in each motor. Simultaneously, some companies make both vehicles; these brands are John Deere, Polaris,Yamaha and Arctic Cat. Comparatively, they have races and trails for both vehicles. On the same note, both vehicles can be propelled by a track system. To conclude, both of these vehicles have many traits in common.! ! Despite the similarities, they also have their differences. In contrast, snowmobiles

have company's that do not make Side By Sides. These are Ski-Doo and Sno-Skat. Even though they can both have tracks. Sleds have to have skis and a track because they are for the snow. Side by sides can have wheels. On a different note, sleds have engines that have less horsepower than Side By Sides. Some of the numbers are 600 and 550. Another difference is there are pro snowmobilers like Tucker Hibbert. There are also Side By Side companies that do not make snowmobiles. These are Can-Am and Kawasaki. By a different token, Side By Sides can have bigger engines than sleds, they can have a 1100 horsepower. To ip the coin, wheels help the Side By Sides be an all-terrain vehicle. In nal analysis, they have their similarities and differences.
