Comment I think David has contributed many ideas in meetings but only started acting upon them during the final stages of the project, I understand that everyone is busy with other subjects however I expected him to show more work during the initial stages.

Jarrod has excellent attendance, with only missing one meeting, he showed great perspective towards the process and machinery but his contribution towards the remaining aspects were limited. Gavin attended most meetings and contributed towards the writing of the project however he did not contribute as much to the planning stages. I think assessing lewis is difficult as he is a second year student, if he is as accountable as any of us I would give him a 6 if he wasnt then a 7, he showed initiative but did not contribute towards putting it all together and I felt he was hesitant in producing work as he might have thought he lacked the knowledge/skills.

William was great! He attending most meetings and like myself worked beyond the requirements, he helped me put the report together and he was the only person to show up with me to print and hand it in. Normally I would not give myself a ten as I usually feel I could have done more however because of an incident during my design project last year I pushed myself to the absolute limit, alone I have completed 4 sections of the report (introduction, industrial analysis, business overview, safety), designed the logo, and put the report together. William helped me with the HR section and he helped me put the poster together.
